Hi, I’m Katie!

With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and the people and culture area, I’ve dedicated my career to creating thriving workplace environments. My journey in HR has been diverse, encompassing areas like staffing, policy management, compliance, compensation and benefit administration, organizational structuring and strategic communications.

Currently, I lead HR for a small business, where I’ve refined my ability to design and implement tailored strategic solutions. Through this role, I discovered my passion for helping small businesses grow their HR and people initiatives, especially those who may not know where to start. I combine strategic foresight with practical, equity-driven solutions to ensure every organization’s unique needs are met with thoughtful and impactful strategies.

My mission is to empower businesses to build stronger, more inclusive, and more resilient teams. I’m excited to partner with organizations looking to navigate the complexities of workforce management and growth while fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity.

I hold a Bachelors of Science in Management and Psychology from Stevenson University, a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University, as well as Society of Human Resources Certified Professional and HRCI Senior Professional certifications.

On personal level, I was born and raised just outside of Baltimore, MD but now call Denver, CO home.
